It might be the edge that you need to get you to a place where you can cope and function with your daily activities. Of course this therapy needs to be monitored and administered by a professional. It is this same professional that can then begin to help you talk through your issues and help you to find ways to begin to start to cope with, acknowledge, and find natural ways to modify your behaviors and beat major depression.
